Privacy policy

This policy explains how Safe Tiles handles personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Nothing through the site itself. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no analytics scripts and no advertising pixels. The Mines demo runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
• Emails you send us. If you write to hello@minesgameau.com, we keep your message and address to answer it, and delete it within 12 months unless it is part of a correction record.

What the hosting provider logs

The site is served by a static hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and for keeping the site running. We don't combine these logs with anything else or use them to identify you.

Search Console

We use Google Search Console to see which searches bring people to the site. It reports totals by search query and country; it doesn't give us your identity.

Links to other sites

Pages link to game providers, regulators and support services. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave Safe Tiles.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it: write to hello@minesgameau.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
